A body‑centered space for real change

I offer one‑to‑one, somatically‑grounded counseling online. Our work invites you to attend, with increasing nuance, to the living intelligence already shaping your sensations, images, behaviours, affects, and meanings—so that what has felt stuck can move, and what has felt overwhelming can find a pace that truly fits.

What sessions feel like

Sessions are spacious, unhurried, and collaborative. We move between gentle conversation and direct guidance into felt experience: tracking physiology, welcoming emotion, noticing impulse, allowing meaning to find its own words. You set the tempo; I tend the container. Over time, you’ll come to recognise the patterns your nervous system runs—and discover where they might unwind, rather than repeat.


Modalities we may draw on

The work is rooted primarily in Somatic Experiencing and Gendlin’s Focusing, with threads from Hakomi, NARM, IFS, and Ecopsychology. Each brings a different lens on how experience organizes itself, yet they share the same conviction: the body is not a hurdle to growth—it’s the doorway.


Practicalities


Fees & sliding scale

My standard fee is $125 per 60‑minute session, with a sliding scale available down to $75 as needed. Longer sessions scale proportionally (75 min = 25 % more; 90 min = 50 % more). We can adjust your rate in keeping with your life circumstances; sustainability for both of us matters.
