A body‑centered space for real change
I offer one‑to‑one, somatically‑grounded counseling online. Our work invites you to attend, with increasing nuance, to the living intelligence already shaping your sensations, images, behaviours, affects, and meanings—so that what has felt stuck can move, and what has felt overwhelming can find a pace that truly fits.

- You struggle to slow down in ways that feel genuinely restorative, or find that rest never quite “lands.”
- Talk therapy has helped you understand your story, yet the weight of it still lives in your body.
- You sense your boundaries need tending but can’t quite locate or voice them.
- You long for more aliveness—inside and in your relationships—but the path there feels just out of reach.
- You carry a lot on the surface, and you're good at managing—but something in you is asking for more than just managing.

What sessions feel like
Sessions are spacious, unhurried, and collaborative. We move between gentle conversation and direct guidance into felt experience: tracking physiology, welcoming emotion, noticing impulse, allowing meaning to find its own words. You set the tempo; I tend the container. Over time, you’ll come to recognise the patterns your nervous system runs—and discover where they might unwind, rather than repeat.
Modalities we may draw on
The work is rooted primarily in Somatic Experiencing and Gendlin’s Focusing, with threads from Hakomi, NARM, IFS, and Ecopsychology. Each brings a different lens on how experience organizes itself, yet they share the same conviction: the body is not a hurdle to growth—it’s the doorway.
Practicalities
- Where: Virtual via Zoom.
- When: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Session length: 60‑, 75‑, or 90‑minute appointments.
- Frequency: Weekly or bi‑weekly is common, but you're invited to flow at a tempo that works for you.
Fees & sliding scale
My standard fee is $125 per 60‑minute session, with a sliding scale available down to $75 as needed. Longer sessions scale proportionally (75 min = 25 % more; 90 min = 50 % more). We can adjust your rate in keeping with your life circumstances; sustainability for both of us matters.
Policies (the short version)
- Cancellation / reschedule: Full fee for changes within 24 h; if I need to cancel inside that window, your next session is on me.
- Lateness: I'll check in around 5-10 min; at 15 min if I haven't heard from you, the session will be cancelled.
- Confidentiality: I bring anonymized material into consultation with peer and supervising practitioners, and share more obliquely in personal contexts. Details are further outlined in my policies page.
- Scope of practice: I offer Somatic Counseling and am not a licensed mental health provider. This work supports therapeutic change, but it is offered outside the legal framework of licensed diagnosis and treatment.
